Engineer in accordance with the applicable standards and
specifications of the American Association of State Highway
& Transportation Officials (AASHTO) and the American Society
for Testing Materials (ASTM C-857) as last revised. Our access
doors and grates are designed with safety, performance and
durability in mind.
INWESCO further offers access doors and grates, which are
built to our customer’s specifications including:
- Parkway (Pedestrian – 300 psf)
Light Vehicular (AASHTO H-10, 8,000 lb wheel load)
Full Vehicular (AASHTO H-20, 16,000 lb wheel load)---recommended
for occasional incidental traffic, not for high volume*
Aircraft Loading Criteria per Customer Specifications
(100,000 lbs – 200,000 lbs wheel loads)
