The steel heel plate is used with the Pole-Top Extensions to improve rigidity.

• HOT DIP GALVANIZED
• Center hole is used to attach Flat Brace or 18-inch drop Angle Crossarm Brace
• Fits top pole diameters from 5-inch to 13-inch
